TREE to 21.94m in height, DBH 22cm, trunk height to foliage 8.59m, crown height 13.35m, crown width 8.58m, buttresses up to 0.69m, OUTER BARK flaky, FISSURES vertical, horizontal, BARK brown, green, CAMBIUM brown, pink, WOOD light brown, pink, EXUDATE absent, wood sample preserved, from felled plot. Local name: maksang kisil kununung. Local uses: timber for house construction, hornbills feed on seeds.
