Description: TREE to 17.2m in height, DBH 14.6cm, trunk height to foliage 8.2m, crown height 9m, crown width 5.5m, OUTER BARK flaky, with lenticels, FISSURES vertical, BARK brown, white, green, CAMBIUM pink, WOOD light brown, EXUDATE absent, from felled plot. Local name: kumad yangam. Local uses: timber for house construction, best timber for furniture construction, nuts gathered for food.
