Description: TREE to 20.45m in height, DBH 15.6cm, trunk height to foliage 3.6m, crown height 16.85m, crown width 7.65m, OUTER BARK flaky, with lenticels, FISSURES vertical, BARK dark brown, brown, white, green, CAMBIUM brown, WOOD brown, EXUDATE absent, wood sample preserved, from felled plot. Local name: malang malang. Local uses: used for fencing, young leaves are chewed with betel nuts, timber for house construction, used for constructing small huts, used for firewood.
