TREE to 7.75m in height, DBH 7.6cm, trunk height to foliage 5m, crown height 2.75m, crown width 3m, FISSURES horizontal, broad, BARK brown, CAMBIUM red, WOOD dark brown, red, EXUDATE absent, wood sample preserved, from felled plot. Local name: simun simun. Local uses: digging stick for planting, posts for house framing.
