SHRUB to 6.82m in height, DBH 6.5cm, trunk height to foliage 1.24m, crown height 5.58m, crown width 3.06m, buttresses up to 0.37m, OUTER BARK smooth, rough, FISSURES vertical, horizontal, broad, BARK black, light brown, grey, CAMBIUM brown, light brown, green, WOOD light brown, white, EXUDATE absent, wood sample preserved, from felled plot. Local name: tigi. Local uses: used to cure scabies.
