Description: TREE to 29.85m in height, DBH 45cm, trunk height to foliage 20.3m, crown height 9.55m, crown width 7.1m, buttresses up to 1.3m, OUTER BARK flaky, with lenticels, FISSURES vertical, BARK brown, light brown, CAMBIUM brown, WOOD brown, light brown, yellow, EXUDATE absent, wood sample preserved, from felled plot. Local name: yagul. Local uses: timber for house construction, used for construction of huts, used for fencing.
