Description: TREE to 11.47m in height, DBH 12.6cm, trunk height to foliage 1.5m, crown height 9.97m, crown width 7.3m, OUTER BARK rough, with lenticels, FISSURES horizontal, BARK black, brown, light brown, pink, white, green, CAMBIUM dark brown, brown, WOOD dark brown, brown, light brown, white, EXUDATE absent, from felled plot. Local name: makal gubung. Local uses: timber for house construction, leaves used for wrapping smoked leaves, used for construction of small huts and tables.
