Description: TREE to 14.65m in height, DBH 7.7cm, trunk height to foliage 5.35m, crown height 9.3m, crown width 3.4m, OUTER BARK flaky, with lenticels, FISSURES vertical, BARK brown, CAMBIUM brown, WOOD light brown, EXUDATE absent, wood sample preserved, from felled plot. Local name: kumad yangam. Local uses: timber for house construction, best timber for furniture construction, nuts gathered for food.
