Habitat: Collected in a logging road pool from a stand recently having undergone salvage logging in response to severe windthrow. Formerly a black spruce swamp forest. Full sunlight with no overstory canopy.
Associated Species: Lycopus uniflorus, Viola spp, Iris versicolor, Epilobium spp, Calamagrostis canadensis, Eriophorum angustifolium, Carex interior, Carex stipata, Carex canescens
