Gently-rolling terrain of the Nimrod Drumlin Plain ... along unimproved two-track logging road where it crosses an inter-drumlin wetland ... on open peaty substrate sxposed by vehicle traffic. (Wetland quite dry due to extended drought.) Full sun. Associated species include Eleocharis acicularis, E. obtusa, Leersia oryzoides, Panicum philadelphicum, Glyceria grandis, Echinochloa muricata, Polygonum lapathifolium, Alisma subcordatum, Gnaphalium uliginosum, Lindernia dubia, Bidens cernua, B. comosa.
