Habitat: In a young aspen stand (cut 20+ years previous).
Associated Species: Prunus virginiana, P. pensylvanica, Amelanchier intermedia.
Description: A large shrub with 3 stems. Each stem about 3 m tall and 3 cm in diameter. Stamens ca 10, anthers white. No compound thorns, simple thorns short. Collected from same stem as WRS 26386 (fruiting specimen).
