Habitat:
small bay approximately 15-20m in diamete, formed by the northeastern corner of an island and a narrow (15-20m x 2.5m), seasonally flooded spit of land to the north; water levels subject to constant fluctuation

Notes:
Locally confined to a sprawling , occasionally interrupted floating mat approximately 5m x 2m in the area of the bay closest to the island; otherwise not noted in the lake
