Associated Species: associated with Salix humilis, Sambucus pubens, Corylus cornuta, Prunus pensylvanica.
Description: About 2-3 days pre-anthesis (spring ca 1 week late this yr) Collected from same stem as WRS 26391 (fruiting specimen); Stamens ca 10, anthers pink. Compound thorns absent, simple thorns abundant A small single-stemmed tree forked above base; 4 m tall, and 14 cm dia at base
