Associated Species: associated with Fraxinus pennsylvanica, Ulmus americana, U. rubra, U. thomasii, Quercus macrocarpa.
Description: About one week post-anthesis (spring about one week late) Collected from same stem as WRS26883 (fruiting specimen); Stamens 16-20. Both compound thorns and simple thorns abundant Two stems from forked base, each stem about 6 m tall, and 15 cm dbh
